Fees include: Use of kayaks, paddleboards, life jackets, use of kitchen, WiFi , floating platform, ping pong, bocce ball (petanque), lounge chairs and hammocks.

Check-in is at 2PM; this means you can enter your room at 2PM. You are welcome to come earlier and use the other facilities. Check-out is at 11am, or you can stay later for just an addittional $ 4 surcharge per person (plus 15% taxes) for the day.
Rates
- Rates exclude 15% Nicaraguan sales tax and 2% tourism tax.
- Breakfast is not included in the rate.
- Each unit is based on single or double occupancy in private rooms. Each additional guest will be charged US $12 plus tax per night. Children 12 and under as additional guests will be charged US $5 plus tax per night.
- Rates and availability are subject to change. Your reservation is not confirmed until a payment/deposit is received and confirmed.
